Below I’ve included some helpful tips and FAQ’s about high end makeup. When should I splurge on high end makeup? A good rule of thumb when deciding whether or not a high end makeup item is worth splurging on, is to really look at how often you’ll use it.This can often justify the higher cost and make more sense in the long run if you will be getting a lot of use out of it.High End Makeup vs. Drugstore Makeup – What’s the Difference?Price – The biggest difference in high end makeup vs drugstore makeup is of course the price. Drugstore makeup typically ranges from $1 – $25, while high end makeup and luxury makeup can cost $20 – $100 and upwards.Quality/Ingredients – Another difference in high end makeup and drugstore makeup is the quality of the product and the ingredients used. Often times the quality of ingredients and staying power is better in high end makeup products, and the formulation is superior.  Now of course, this doesn’t always make the product better, but you will typically pay the difference in the price. Lasting Power – Because the ingredients are often superior in high end makeup, they tend to last longer and hold up better than a more budget-friendly option.
