Ever since I moved into my apartment in February, I’ve been moving my desk around every few weeks; the struggle is real to find a cute Zoom background. While we wait for my dream of having a beautiful green bookcase wall with great natural lighting to come to fruition, I needed to get creative and so I ordered some peel and stick wall decals. I wasn’t sure how this apartment DIY project would go but spoiler alert: this was an easy and affordable way to decorate a rental. How to DIY a Zoom Background for Under $60 | Washington DC BloggerHow to DIY a Zoom Background for Under $60Click To TweetThis post contains affiliate and/or referral links. Summer has (unofficially) started and I’m kicking it off with this colorful maxi dress. It’s already heating up here in Washington DC which means I’m all in on lightweight outfits for summer. I love a maxi dress that’s versatile enough to be styled many different ways and this tropical print dress certainly fits the bill.Starting Summer with a Colorful Maxi DressClick To TweetStarting Summer with a Colorful Maxi Dress | Washington DC BloggerThis post contains affiliate and/or referral links. The start of 2022 has been incredibly busy because I moved into my first solo apartment! I knew the area I wanted to move in, but never expected things to go so quickly. I virtually toured two complexes, did an in-person tour at one the next morning, and had signed a lease by the end of that day. While life has felt non-stop, it’s been really exciting on top of being a lot of change. I wanted to hop back into the blog with a comprehensive list of everything you need for a new apartment. This roundup includes items I purchased for my new space so happy to answer product specific questions in the comments too!Everything You Need for A New ApartmentClick To TweetEverything You Need for A New Apartment | Washington DC Blogger | What Nicole WoreThis post contains affiliate and/or referral links.
